Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use promisemm.garden. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Promisemm Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, remove fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider, never by Promisemm Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We give no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What this website says about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Contact your insurer or agent with questions about your coverage.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not put yourself at risk. Keep away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How Promisemm Tree Service Is Paid

Promisemm Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this information correct and up to date. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it has no errors.
