Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what Promisemm Tree Service ("we", "us") does with information when you browse promisemm.garden, call the phone number shown on this website, or send us a form. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What We Collect

Some information comes straight from you. When you call or fill out a form, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, location, and details about your tree or property.

Some information is collected automatically as you use the site. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and when you visit. Calls to the number on this website may be tracked, and some may be recorded, for quality and billing reasons.

Why We Use It

We use your information to:

• Match you with an independent tree removal provider that serves your area
• Send your request details to that provider so they can reach you and set up a visit
• Reply to your questions and messages
• See how this website and our phone lines get used
• Make the website and our service better
• Meet legal duties and guard against fraud or misuse

Who Receives It

Promisemm Tree Service is a referral service. When you ask for help, we pass your contact details and request information to one or more independent providers or marketing partners so they can contact you. Those providers are separate businesses, and each has its own privacy practices.

We may also give information to companies that help us run this website and our phone systems, such as hosting, analytics and call-tracking services. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some laws count sharing with marketing partners as a "sale" or a "share." Where those laws apply to you, you may have the right to opt out.

Cookies and Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar tools to see how visitors use it. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If you turn them off, some parts of the site may not work as expected.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email contact@promisemm.garden. We may need to confirm who you are before we act on it.

Security and How Long We Keep Data

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Still, no way of sending or storing data is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
